Statement of Faith of Rochester Minnesota Chinese Church

第一条 Article I

我们信奉独一的真神，永生的上帝，圣父、圣子、圣灵三位一体，三而一且实质存在的神，三位在尊荣与权柄上完全相同。

We believe in the one true God, the eternal and living God, who exists as the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three persons in one essence—equal in glory, honor, and authority.

第二条 Article II

我们信奉全本新约与旧约圣经，因其乃是神的启示，按原文正确无误地记载下来，是信徒在信仰与生活上至高无上的最终权威。

We believe in the Holy Scriptures of both the Old and New Testaments, which are divinely inspired, inerrant in their original writings, and the supreme and final authority for faith and life.

第三条 Article III

我们信奉耶稣基督由圣灵感孕，由童贞女马利亚所生，具有完全的神性与完全的人性。

We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is fully God and fully man.

第四条 Article IV

起初人是照着神的形象和样式被造的；后来因悖逆而堕落，导致身体和灵性上的死亡。所有人类生来都带着罪性，与神的生命隔绝，唯有借着主耶稣基督的救赎才能得救。

We believe that humanity was originally created in the image and likeness of God. Through disobedience, humankind fell into sin, resulting in both physical and spiritual death. All people are born with a sinful nature, separated from the life of God, and can be saved only through the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

第五条 Article V

我们相信主耶稣基督为我们的罪而死，代替世人成为赎罪的牺牲，使一切信他的人因他所流的宝血而得称为义。

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, becoming the atoning sacrifice on behalf of all people, so that everyone who believes in Him may be justified through His precious shed blood.

第六条 Article VI

我们相信主耶稣基督带着钉痕的身体从死里复活，如今在天上作我们的大祭司和中保。

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ rose bodily from the dead, bearing the marks of crucifixion, and now lives in heaven as our High Priest and Mediator.

第七条 Article VII

圣灵是神。他奉差遣住在信徒心中，引导、教导并加添力量给信徒，并使世人知罪、义和审判。

We believe that the Holy Spirit is God, who is sent to dwell in the hearts of believers, guiding, teaching, and empowering them, and convicting the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment.

第八条 Article VIII

救恩是耶稣基督为全人类所预备的。凡悔改并相信他的人，都会被圣灵重生，得着永生，并成为神的儿女。

We believe that salvation is provided by Jesus Christ for all humanity. Those who repent and believe in Him are regenerated by the Holy Spirit, receive eternal life, and become children of God.

第九条 Article IX

主耶稣基督必再来，且可能在任何时候发生。他的再来是信徒有福的盼望，也激励我们过圣洁的生活并忠心地事奉主。

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will return a second time, at any moment. His return is the blessed hope of believers and a powerful motivation for holy living and faithful service.

第十条 Article X

一切义人和不义的人都将经历身体的复活；义人复活得永生，不义的人复活接受审判。

We believe that both the righteous and the unrighteous will experience bodily resurrection—the righteous to eternal life, and the unrighteous to judgment.

第十一条 Article XI

教会是由所有相信主耶稣基督的人所组成的。他们借着耶稣基督的宝血得蒙救赎，借着圣灵而重生。基督是教会——他身体的头。基督吩咐教会走向全世界，为他作见证，将福音传给万族万民。

The church is composed of all who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. They are redeemed by His precious blood and regenerated by the Holy Spirit. Christ is the head of the church, which is His body. Christ has commanded the church to go into all the world to be His witness and to proclaim the gospel to every nation and people.

教会是信徒奉基督之名聚集而成，为的是敬拜神，并借着神的话语彼此建造，在祷告、交通、传福音中同心得力，并一同遵行主所吩咐的浸礼和圣餐。

The church is a gathering of believers in Christ for the purpose of worshiping God, building one another up through the Word of God, prayer, fellowship, proclaiming the gospel, and together observing the ordinances commanded by the Lord: baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
