教會成長歷史
History of Growth
明州罗城华人教会的前身为罗城中文查经班，始于1972年，由两个基督徒家庭在家中聚会开始。随着人数逐渐增长，查经班于1978年在明尼苏达州政府正式登记成为非营利机构，并开始借用当地美国教会的场地，于每周五晚上定期举行查经聚会。
The Rochester Minnesota Chinese Church traces its origin to the Rochester Chinese Bible Study Group, which began in 1972 with home gatherings led by two Christian families. As the group gradually grew in number, it was officially registered as a non-profit organization with the State of Minnesota in 1978. The Bible study group then began holding regular Friday evening Bible study meetings by using facilities provided by local American churches.
靠着神的恩典，经过长时间的祷告与筹划，查经班于1995年2月12日举行了第一次主日崇拜，并于1998年5月3日正式成立教会。从此，“罗城中文查经班”正式更名为明州羅城華人教會（Rochester Minnesota Chinese Church，简称 RMCC）。
By God’s grace, after many years of prayer and planning, the Bible study group held its first Sunday Worship Service on February 12, 1995. On May 3, 1998, the church was formally established. From that time on, the Rochester Chinese Bible Study Group was officially renamed the Rochester Minnesota Chinese Church (RMCC).
在全体弟兄姐妹同心合意的努力下，教会于1999年1月正式制定了《明州罗城华人教会组织总纲》和《明州罗城华人教会组织法细则》。
Through the unified efforts of the congregation, the church formally adopted the “Constitution of Rochester Minnesota Chinese Church” and the “Bylaws of Rochester Minnesota Chinese Church” in January 1999.
牧者聘任与事工发展
Pastoral Calling and Ministry Development
经过长时间的祷告，教会于2014年正式启动聘牧流程。蔡维仁牧师蒙神呼召，于2017年1月1日成为本教会首任全职驻堂牧师。
After a prolonged period of prayer, the church officially began the pastoral search process in 2014. Answering God’s call, Pastor Wei-Ren Tsai began serving as the church’s first full-time resident pastor on January 1, 2017.

RMCC offers a wide range of gatherings and ministries, including Sunday Worship Services, Sunday School, retreats, prayer meetings, adult Bible studies and sharing groups, children’s and youth Bible programs, senior fellowship, and family Bible studies. For detailed information about activities and schedules, please refer to the church’s quarterly calendar.
本教会不具任何政治背景，不分宗派，专一以荣耀神、造就他人、彼此扶持、兴旺福音为共同努力的目标。我们诚挚欢迎您和您的家人参加本教会的各项聚会。

2017–2019：蔡维仁牧师
2017–2019: Pastor Alfie Tsai
蔡维仁牧师自台湾移民来美，曾在台湾及美国东西两岸多家医院及医学院从事生物医学科技相关研究二十四年。之后蒙神呼召，进入北美神学院协会（ATS）认证的美国正道福音神学院接受神学装备，取得道学硕士学位，并于毕业后在南加州全职牧养教会十年。
Pastor Alfie Tsai immigrated to the United States from Taiwan and conducted biomedical science research for twenty-four years at several hospitals and medical schools in Taiwan as well as on both the East and West Coasts of the United States. Responding to God’s calling, he later received theological training at Logos Evangelical Seminary in the United States, an institution accredited by the Association of Theological Schools (ATS). After obtaining his Master of Divinity degree, he served as a full-time pastor in Southern California for ten years.
在神奇妙的带领下，蔡牧师于2016年底来到罗城，并于2017年1月1日起，全职牧养明州罗城华人教会。蔡牧师的事奉专长包括：敬拜带领、圣经教导与分享、关怀协谈与祷告服事、个人传福音，以及讲台服事。
By God’s wonderful leading, Pastor Tsai arrived in Rochester at the end of 2016 and began full-time pastoral ministry at RMCC on January 1, 2017. His areas of ministry include worship leadership, Bible teaching and sharing, pastoral counseling and prayer ministry, personal evangelism, and preaching.
师母赵纯雅毕业于台湾神学院基督教教育学系，事奉专长包括圣乐服事、儿童事工、短宣训练及祷告服事。
Mrs. Chao graduated from the Department of Christian Education at Taiwan Theological Seminary. Her ministry strengths include sacred music ministry, children’s ministry, short-term mission training, and prayer ministry.
感谢主带领蔡牧师及师母在本会三年来的辛勤服事。愿主继续保守祂的仆人、使女，在未来的服事中加添力量，恩典与祝福满溢。
